Eligible clients can provide products for review. Subject to product, legal and marketplace requirements, Smart Riyada can facilitate listing and selling through its approved seller operations. We manage or assist with the marketplace setup and ongoing activity under an agreed commercial arrangement.

A product owner does not necessarily have to establish a separate LLC purely to use this managed service. The arrangement does not remove any applicable licensing, tax, customs, registration, brand or platform obligations. Every product and arrangement must pass onboarding first.

A clear starting point.

Initial service pricing for the selected marketplace channel. Final terms and operational costs are confirmed during onboarding.

These are service prices, not an all-inclusive cost. Marketplace commissions, fulfilment charges, advertising, VAT, logistics, storage, delivery, returns and other expenses may apply depending on the arrangement. Smart Riyada's agreed commission or service share is set out separately in the commercial terms.

COMMERCIAL MODEL

Clear roles.
Agreed terms.

The product owner provides approved products. Smart Riyada manages or assists with listings and marketplace sales. Marketplace fees and applicable operational expenses are accounted for, then Smart Riyada receives the agreed commission or service share. The remaining proceeds are reconciled and settled with the product owner under the signed arrangement.

Product acceptance, custody, listing responsibilities, reporting, payment timing, returns and commercial shares are confirmed during onboarding. Sales and profit are not guaranteed.
